Training Times
Schedule for weekday and weekend training sessions
It is our desire to increase the opportunities for HKFC players to participate in hockey throughout the week. With that in mind, we have developed a revised schedule for both the weekday and weekend training sessions. Select sessions will now include strength & conditioning (S&C) training and specialist goal keeper training, in addition to our hockey skills and game play based programme.
Our U8 to Youth Players are invited to participate in as many sessions as they are eligible for, all of which are included in this year’s membership fees.

Tuesday:
4pm to 6pm: U8-U12 Junior Training (includes S&C session)
5.30pm to 7pm: Youth Cubs and Colts Training (includes S&C session)
5.30pm to 7pm: Goalkeeper Training (includes S&C session)
Thursday:
4pm to 6pm: U8-U12 Junior Training
5.30pm to 7pm: Youth Training
4.30pm to 6.30pm: Podium Training (+14 Invite Only, includes S&C session)
Friday:
5.30pm to 7pm: Youth League match play 4 week rotation of U14 Girls, U14 Boys, U16 Girls, U16 Boys
Saturday:
9.15am to 12.30pm – Core U6 to U12 Saturday Training Sessions (inc. HKFC invitationals with other clubs and tournaments throughout the year)
